This policy explains how Digi Tech Sol (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through digitechsol.net and through ordinary business correspondence. It is written for clients, visitors and suppliers. It is not legal advice.
1. Who we are
Digi Tech Sol is a technology studio based at Building No 359-A, Street No 6, Shalimar Scheme, Harbanspura, Lahore. You can reach us at info@digitechsol.net or 0300-4933427.
2. What we collect
When you use a form on this website we collect the details you type: name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you selected, and your message. The server also records a technical IP address and the time of submission so we can stop abuse.
If you email, call or message us, we keep the correspondence needed to reply and to deliver work. We do not ask for payment-card numbers through the website forms.
3. Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and prepare proposals.
- To deliver, invoice and support contracted work.
- To keep the website secure and to limit spam.
- To meet bookkeeping and legal duties in Pakistan.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use form data to train public AI models.
4. How messages reach us
Website forms are sent with PHPMailer over SMTP to our domain mailbox info@digitechsol.net. The mailbox is hosted with our domain email provider. Copies may sit in that inbox, in project folders, and in backups of that mail account.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website uses a session cookie so the contact form can confirm that a submission came from a real visit (a security token). We do not run third-party advertising cookies on these pages. If we later add a measurement tool, we will update this policy first.
6. Sharing
We share information only with people who need it to do the work: our staff, a specialist subcontractor you have been told about, our hosting and email provider, and professional advisers or authorities when the law requires it. Payment processors, if used on a specific project, receive only what that processor needs.
7. Retention
Enquiry mail is kept for as long as it is useful to the conversation and then according to ordinary business-record practice (typically up to seven years where invoices or contracts exist). You may ask us to delete a pure enquiry that did not become a contract.
8. Your requests
Write to info@digitechsol.net if you want to know what we hold, correct it, or ask us to stop using it for a new purpose. We will need enough information to recognise you. We will answer within a reasonable time.
9. Security
We use HTTPS on this site, SMTP authentication for forms, and access control on the mailbox. No method of transmission is perfect. Please do not send passwords or identity documents through the public form.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. The current version will always live at this URL.
