Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern use of digitechsol.net and, together with a written proposal, the services of Digi Tech Sol. By sending a form, paying an invoice or signing a proposal you accept them.
1. The firm
Digi Tech Sol operates from Building No 359-A, Street No 6, Shalimar Scheme, Harbanspura, Lahore. Contact: info@digitechsol.net, 0300-4933427.
2. Services
Our primary services are AI Automation and Software Development. We also provide Digital Marketing and IT Services. Scope is whatever the latest written proposal or statement of work describes. Informal chat messages do not enlarge the scope.
3. Client duties
- Provide timely access, content, decisions and truthful information.
- Keep licences and accounts you own in good standing.
- Name one person who can accept milestones.
- Not ask us to break the law, scrape in breach of a vendor’s terms, or send unsolicited bulk messages.
Delays on your side pause our dates by at least the same number of days.
4. Fees and taxes
Fees are those in the proposal. Unless stated otherwise they exclude third-party costs and any applicable tax. Invoices are due as written (commonly on kickoff and on each milestone). Late invoices may pause work after written notice.
5. Intellectual property
Until an invoice for a milestone is paid, Digi Tech Sol owns the work product of that milestone. On full payment of that milestone we assign to you the custom code, copy and design created specifically for you under that milestone, excluding our pre-existing tools, internal libraries, methods and generic know-how. Open-source components stay under their own licences. We may mention the project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. AI and automation
Models can be wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs that affect customers, money, medical, legal or employment decisions. We will build the human checkpoints we agreed; we do not warrant that a model will be error-free.
7. Hosting, marketing and third parties
Uptime, inbox placement and advertising platforms are run by third parties. We configure them carefully; we cannot guarantee a vendor’s uptime, algorithm or policy change.
8. Confidentiality
Each side will keep the other’s non-public information reasonably confidential and use it only to perform the work, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required by law.
9. Website use
You may not attack, scrape at industrial scale, or misuse the forms on this site. Content on the site is ours or used with permission. The site is provided “as is.”
10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Pakistani law does not allow to be limited.
11. Term and ending
Either side may end an engagement as the proposal allows, or for material breach that is not cured within ten business days of written notice. Sections on IP, confidentiality, liability, fees already earned and governing law survive.
12. Refunds
Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting either party’s right to seek interim relief elsewhere.
15. Changes
We may update these terms for new website visitors by changing the date above. A signed proposal is not silently rewritten by a later website edit.
